The Client is in the Edtech Industry and is looking for a dynamic Marketing Head..
The Marketing Head will be a part of the core team. S/he is essentially responsible for helping achieve the vision of the company by devising the overall marketing and user acquisition strategies.
The major responsibilities include:
Creating the overall marketing strategy of the company:
- Digital Marketing
- Print Marketing
- Physical Marketing
- Media Coverage
- Brand Communications
- Should have thorough understanding of Marketing verticals - Digital, ATL, BTL and Offline marketing
- Onboard and liaise with suitable Media agency for implementation of marketing plans
Thorough research and understanding of the target audience:
- Location
- Behaviour
- Requirements
- Trends
Likes/Dislikes
- Plan overall Marketing budgets and allocate spends into different verticals while ensuring the optimum ROI
- Create a team and manage marketing personnel under different verticals
- Clear focus on branding, customer acquisition and revenue generation
- Attend various exhibitions/fairs/shows to represent the organization
- Actively network and establish professional connections through various means to help grow the organization's business
- Work to create associations and strategic alliances to ensure both organic and inorganic growth
- Actively liaise with other teams viz - product, technical, etc. to help enhance the overall offerings and products and create out-of-box marketing strategies
- Report directly to the CEO
- Must have extreme passion for the field of education and be willing to work in a dynamic start-up environment
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Marketing
- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a high-performing team
- Successful track record of planning and rolling out GTM strategies
- Exceptional in-person, verbal and written communication skills a must (both in English & Hindi)
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial work environment where self-motivated individuals succeed
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputed institution
