Head Ed-Tech Marketing


Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Set-up & lead a team of performance marketing across Google, Facebook, other biddable platforms, affiliates & SEO.

2. Build an ROI driven lead generation strategy to maximize online sales.

3. Oversee all aspects of paid/social media campaigns for optimization, scale up & efficiency.

4. Lead generation from SEO.

5. Drive conversion optimization & required automation on Google, Facebook, Lead squared CRM & other platforms.

6. Drive a defined rhythm for improving Landing page conversion rates.

7. Conduct extensive research, analysis and testing of keyword performance & ad copies.

8. Critical and in-depth analysis of third-party analytics and campaign management tools Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel

Qualification & Experience:

1. Experience: 10 - 14 years of experience. Ed Tech experience preferred. Performance Marketing experience would be highly desirable.

2. Education: MBA with specialization in Marketing from a reputed institution.

3. Excellence in advertising channels like Facebook Ads, Instagram ads, Google Display ads, Search Ads, YouTube Ads,

4. A combination of analytical and creative thinking, with excellent attention to detail and good business judgement.

5. Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance.
