Job Description :
- To lead all the activities being responsible for managing the promotion and positioning of the brand, the products and services. Strategies to include to attract more customers to buy the product and to raise brand awareness through the creation of marketing campaigns
- Timely analysis on the effectiveness of incentives and decide the course of action based on inferences and assumptions.
- Introduce strategic concepts as formulated and launch new products internally within the organisation as planned.
- Conceptualise and organise the important events for the company through event management companies.
- Identify the most exciting locales and then promote and successfully organise yearly events within budged costs and time lines.
- Well versed with Social Media and Digital Marketing to bring the visibility of our brand in the market.
- Conceptualisation, planning, designing & execution of Brand building activities to create a strong brand Recognition & Brand Image
- Should have a minimum of 5 years experience at a Sr. Level in an organisation managing multi functions.
- Academic - Preferably an MBA or graduation with relevant experience.
- Must have played an active role in Organisational strategy formation.
- Previous experience in identifying and documenting best demonstrated practices /process.
- Languages - English, Hindi, Kannada (Must known) Tamil and Telugu is an added advantage.
- Experience working with Direct selling organisation will be an added advantage.
