Head - Marketing & Demand Generation
Responsibilities :
- 8- 10 years of B2B SaaS experience managing customer acquisition efforts in non-paid (SEO/Content), paid (Performance marketing), ABM, and other demand gen channels with quantifiable results.
- Strong SEO & Content Marketing background, Excellent exposure to performance marketing, email marketing, ABM, and other channels
- Exposure to Global market is a must
- Proven ability to build and lead teams, taking ownership of organisation- wide marketing objectives and key results (OKRs).
- Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and leadership to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Strong sense of ownership, able to work autonomously to achieve results, with a proactive bias towards action.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data- driven insights to optimise marketing performance. Understanding of Sales Funnel (Lead, MQL, SQL, Opportunity, etc.)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
