Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the Cookd brand across various sales channels, including direct-to-consumer (D2C), quick commerce, and retail.

2. Market Expansion:

- Strategize and execute plans for expanding into other South Indian states, including Andhra Pradesh (AP), Telangana (TL), Kerala (KL), Karnataka (KA), and Maharashtra (MH).

3. Budget Management:

- Manage and optimize the marketing budgets of the company to ensure efficient allocation of resources.

4. Team Leadership:

- Hire, train, and manage a high-performing marketing team.

5. Leveraging Community and Social Media:

- Utilize Cookd's strong community of followers and social media presence to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

6. Revenue Targets:

- Contribute to achieving the company's revenue targets across all sales channels through effective marketing strategies.

7. Brand Awareness:

- Strategize and execute impactful marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and presence across various markets.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

- Strong understanding of D2C, quick commerce, and retail marketing.

- Experience in market expansion, particularly in South India.

- Proficiency in managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI on marketing spend.

- Leadership experience, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.

- Expertise in leveraging social media and community engagement for marketing purposes.

- Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing performance.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
