Job Title: Head of Research, Strategy, Creative, Marketing & Design

Position Overview: The Head of Research, Strategy, Creative, Marketing & Design will be a key leadership position within the agency, responsible for driving innovative strategies, leading creative initiatives, overseeing research, and ensuring cohesive branding and design efforts.
This role demands a visionary leader with a strategic mindset, creative flair, and a deep understanding of market trends to elevate the agency's offerings and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and creative strategies that align with the agency's goals and client objectives.
- Lead the research team to gather market insights, consumer trends, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee the strategic planning process, ensuring that all projects are grounded in robust research and aligned with client goals.
2. Creative Direction:
- Inspire and manage the creative team, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.
- Guide the development of creative concepts, ensuring they are original, impactful, and effectively communicate the client's message.
- Maintain high standards of creative output and ensure consistency across all campaigns and projects.
3. Marketing & Branding:
- Oversee all marketing efforts, including creative thinking, content creation, social media strategy, ATL, BTL and public relations.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that are disruptive, engaging & stand out from a creative & copy pov.
4. Design Oversight:
- Lead the design team to create visually compelling and on-brand materials for various platforms and mediums.
- Ensure that all design work meets the highest standards of quality and reflects the agency's creative vision.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and creative strategies.
- Strong understanding of market research, consumer insights, and strategic planning.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
