Key Responsibilities:

- Own the Marketing Function: Take complete responsibility for the marketing strategy and execution, driving both growth and brand marketing initiatives.

- Lead Growth Marketing and Brand Strategy: Manage comprehensive marketing efforts, including social media, public relations, collaborations, and more, to elevate brand visibility.

- Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the founders and business teams to align marketing roadmaps with organizational goals.

- Inspire and Lead a High-Performing Team: Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the marketing team.

- Shape Brand Identity: Ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence across all channels. Oversee the creation of impactful marketing materials, campaigns, and content tailored to resonate with our target audience.

- Campaign Design and Management: Innovate and optimize marketing campaigns, enhancing creatives, content, and messaging for improved effectiveness.

- Budget Management: Develop and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources to meet marketing objectives.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven Experience: 5+ years in a marketing leadership role within a tech-first organization; experience in consumer tech or SMB SaaS is a strong plus.

- Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage relationships effectively across various levels.

- Curiosity and Storytelling: A passion for understanding consumer behavior, crafting compelling narratives, and making a measurable impact.

- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights that drive marketing effectiveness.

- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

- Adaptability in Fast-Paced Environments: Thrive in the dynamic, high-energy environment of an early-stage startup.
