We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts. Strategic Leadership:

Brand Development:
- Build and nurture a world-class brand that resonates with our target audience and reflects our values.
- Create a brand strategy that sets us apart in the health insurance technology space
Events and Campaigns
- Plan and execute high-impact events, including conferences, webinars, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Establish and nurture partnerships to enhance our event presence and impact
- Develop and oversee marketing campaigns that engage and retain customers.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
Performance Marketing:
- Lead performance marketing initiatives, including online advertising, SEO/SEM, and social media.
- Drive customer acquisition and conversion through data-driven strategies.
Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Make data-informed decisions to enhance marketing strategies.
Team Building and Development:
- Recruit, train, and manage marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CMO or in senior marketing leadership roles in the consumer internet/technology space.
- Demonstrated track record of building and nurturing world-class brands.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and team-building skills.
- Exceptional analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of health insurance products, market dynamics, and customer preferences
