Reporting To: CMO based out of NJ, USA
Key Activities:
- Business-focused marketing executive who builds integrated programs that shape the marketplace positioning and increase revenue. Primary strengths are leadership, competence, experience, management talent, creativity, and staff development. Well rounded experiences in marketing strategy, market and client development, positioning and brand, thought leadership, campaign management & demand generation, influencer management, and communication.
- Lead an offshore team of 15-20 marketers across 360 degree function across various stake holders.
- Leading marketing function to deliver marketing KPI's across Brand, Positioning, Service articulation, Social media, PR, Analyst Relations etc.
- Lead & develop the marketing team to create strategies and execute plans in alignment with the businesses objectives
- Collaborating withthe company's vertical & horizontal sales/delivery teams by running effective marketing activity to create measurable brand impact and pipeline
- Improve analyst relationship and positioning in various research reports
- Managing media relationship and crisis communications
- Running marketing programs and initiatives with HR for Employee and attracting talent.
Key Objectives :
- Brand awareness and positioning
- Running integrated campaign across various channel with focus on pipeline generating activity and delivering marketing KPI- s
- Help to penetrate and positioning new age technology solutions
- Achieve the agreed KPI- s, in particular leads, meetings & TCV- s
- Effectively manage and integrate the cross functional teams to deliver marketing objectives
- Define, identify and understand the needs of our core target audience
- Facilitate the development of individual relationships in our customer / partner base
- Determine joint Business Priorities for fiscal year and prepare business alignment sessions
- Defining & delivering marketing programs and activity within FY budget
Competencies:
- Ability to run and motivate a small and young team

- Hands on marketing experience for global markets
- Hands-on leadership - willing to help your team deliver their day-to-day activities
- Deep understanding of the key marketing methods utilised by a professional services/consultancy organisation

- Strong content and thought leadership in the areas of market and business development across a variety of industry sectors and new age product engineering technologies
- Ability to develop and enhance the company's differentiators
- Experience of implementing marketing campaigns across a number of regions
- Negotiation, mediation and conflict management skills to resolve both internal and external complex or disputed issues
Skills / Knowledge / Experience:
- MBA with 18-24 years of Product Engineering / IT Services Marketing experience
- Needs to have ER&D Background
- Good engineering degree / MBA qualification
- Demonstrable B2B marketing experience
- Strong content knowledge of business development and marketing techniques
- Team player
