About our Client: Our client is one of the leading players in the mobile handsets space, and have an impressive portfolio of products ranging from smart phones to feature phones. They have been expanding exponentially in the India market over the last few years, and are also looking at expanding their presence internationally. Currently, they are looking to recruit a Head - Marketing & Communications, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.

Job Description : Reporting into the CEO, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing the marketing/brand plans for the company targeted at the ideal consumer segment

- Acting as the brand custodian for the company and ensuring that it is represented in the ideal manner across all channels

- Conceptualizing, planning and implementing the go to market strategy for product launches (through different media vehicles ATL, BTL, PR, Digital etc)

- Liaise extensively with external agencies (advertising, creative, digital)

- Reviewing and evaluating market research and data to develop marketing strategies accordingly

- Managing a large team of marketing professionals and being responsible for their career development

The Successful Candidate:

- You will be a MBA from a top tier B School with around 12-15 years of post qualification experience in core marketing roles in the FMCG, CD, Telecom industry.

- You should have the experience of handling sizeable marketing budgets.

- The client is looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a creative mindset towards his work.
