Head - Marketing & Communication
- Master's degree from a premier institute or equivalent.
- Min 15 to 20 years of Brand and Marketing management experience, particularly in product management and product development
- Proven experience building consumer facing products at scale
- Experience in Healthcare, Hospital, Lifestyle
Brand & Marketing:
- Conceptualize positioning, theme & creative execution of brand communication
- Responsible for developing all marketing communication, members' engagement marketing drives through Offline platform and other channels.
- Strategize, develop and execute brand building campaigns and activities.
- Lead brand communication of mother brand , along with other COEs from time to time.
- Be the custodian of brand process and implementation as prescribed in Brand Manual
- Collaborate with marketing agencies and other vendor partners for driving desired brand and marketing outputs.
- Create Brand asset that are innovative and trend setter supporting leadership position of the brand not only in the category but across categories
- Conceptualize campaign positioning, theme & creative support for Brand and product campaigns
- Provide creative support advisory to local marketing teams
- Create and manage partner network of creative agencies, cross marketing mediums and other external companies/agencies.
- Create charter of critical events & days and ensure campaigns are launched for each well in time
- Lead innovative brand comm events - thought, theme and execution.
- Support B2B sales and equip retail sales channel with appropriate tools & collaterals to improve productivity.
- Research internally & externally on health and lifestyle for insightful and data driven designing of programs to deliver value beyond our core benefits.
- Develop annual, quarterly and monthly channel plans for show casing Brand its products and services.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Guide new product development from brain storming to external launch
- Evaluate and conclude partnerships with innovative players in the healthcare and fitness ecosystem
- Understand and cater to the need of different channels; Retail, Distribution partnerships and Corporates, International
- Track competition and understand the health care market
- Collaborate closely with Digital Marketing teams for integrated campaigns
- Support new channel & product launches with Welcome kits, promotional material, and engagement activities.

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns
