Job Purpose
- Responsible to strengthen the presence of company in existing markets
- Design and Implement short term and long term marketing initiatives and strategies
- Establish the presence for new business verticals, New Business Development & Develop relevant business proposals
- Brand Building Strategies for company, Research and apply new trends
- Build company profile and brand image in the market through sustained campaigns
- Identification and segregation of potential Market Segments
- Implement advertising campaigns. Defining exact marketing processes &responsible for executing the same
- Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.
- Monitoring & evaluating the performance of the team - by guiding them to move in proper direction.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead, direct and control Branding and Marketing strategy, policies, programs, budget and activities to support business objectives; Implementation of best practices to improve ROI
- Implementation of all Digital marketing initiatives, ensuring the availability of a dynamic website at all times, social media presence, e-mail marketing etc., in coordination with the corporate communication team.
- Integration of business development efforts of the different verticals of company. Work in close coordination with Vertical heads to monitor BD and provide leads; Participate/Present business plans to prospects clients along with business Heads.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share; Design and develop tools brochures and other marketing collaterals in coordination with the corporate communication team.
- Effective projection of company as a techno-security solutions provider in various media
- Work with the Chief Commercial and Strategy Officer of GMR, SB for effective marketing campaigns
- Revenue generation through new account development and key account management &
- Responsible for achieving target
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate the market trends, adjust branding & marketing strategy to support business objectives and diversification plans
- Establish Key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analysis, campaign results, Service Quality/feedback in order to translate results into actionable insights for management reporting and decision making
- Build relationship with existing and prospective client for new business generation
- Increase Social media reach, Website Traffic and Engagement - Build brand awareness and positioning; manage, strengthen and refine the organization's social media presence
- Attend and/or participate at conventions, conferences and tradeshows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field;
- Master's degree is advantageous
Experience and Skillset
- 12 to 15 years of Experience in running successful marketing campaigns, Good Knowledge of Digital Marketing Strategies
- A strategic thinker who is able to develop and refine strategy for successful implementation of each new Business line
