Head Marketing & Business Development
- Lead, direct and control Branding and Marketing strategy, policies, programs, budget and activities to support business objectives; Implementation of best practices to improve ROI
-Implementation of all Digital marketing initiatives, ensuring the availability of a dynamic website at all times, social media presence, e-mail marketing etc., in coordination with the corporate communication team
- Integration of business development efforts of the different verticals of the company.
- Work in close coordination with Vertical heads to monitor BD and provide leads; Participate/Present business plans to prospects clients along with business Heads.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share; Design and develop tools brochures and other marketing collaterals in coordination with the corporate communication team.
- Effective projection of company as a techno-security solutions provider in various media
- Work with the Chief Commercial and Strategy Officer of the company, for effective marketing campaigns.
- Revenue generation through new account development and key account management & Responsible for achieving the target.
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate the market trends, adjust branding & marketing strategy to support business objectives and diversification plans
- Establish key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analysis, campaign results, Service Quality/feedback in order to translate results into actionable insights for management reporting and decision making.
- Increase Social media reach, Website Traffic, and Engagement
- Build brand awareness and positioning; manage, strengthen and refine the organization's social media presence.
