We are looking for a Head Marketing - Business Turnaround Specialist with 15+ Years of experience in Industries such - Building Materials / Construction Chemicals / Paints / Faucets / Ceramic / Tiles / Sanitary ware / Durables.
Required Qualification:
MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Institute
Experience Required: 15 + years
- Should have a consumer insight and ability to convert business ideas into new business opportunities.
- Preferably should have worked with organizations with multiple products sold through different mode of sales.
- Experience in handling - Branding and Corporate Communication.
Job Description:
The position would be responsible for creating brand value and positioning of the Business as a market Leader in the industry.
Responsibilities/Deliverables:
- Be the architect of the brand. Protect and grow it.
- Drive the business growth through marketing strategy
- Provide strategic inputs and drive internal & external communications & PR
- Work closely with all business heads to convert their ideas into marketing initiatives
- Work closely with Agencies to convert the mission & Vision statement into marketing and branding initiatives.
- Be the face of the organisation for all ATL & BTL initiatives
- Enhance the Digital Marketing initiatives of the organization
- Lead and develop the Marketing and Corporate Communications Strategy for the organization
- Design and develop the ATL as well as BTL activities for the various BUs to enhance Sales
- Identify the emerging trends in the building material and construction space through consumer/customer/influencer insight, mapping global trends etc. to spot new business ideas for the company.
- Support the existing businesses with marketing inputs in line with the strategy of the organization.
- Convert sales opportunity by strategic marketing - branding, positioning and creative development.
- Work along with the various SBUs to understand the synergy in the different products and leverage the same across HIL.
- Work closely with the agencies to convert Mission & Vision statement into branding exercises
- Championing the Digital Marketing initiatives to engage customers, influencers, etc.
- Develop and lead HIL's social media Communications strategy and lead a more creative approach to online Communications.
- Manage internal communications to improve the employment engagement scores
- Support the organization with new product launches, JVs, M&As, etc.
- Engagement with media houses and media channels.
- Lead the CSR activities for the organization and deriving the maximum mileage from the funds allocated
