Purpose ofthe Job:

A senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth. Lead a team of marketing professionals, collaborate with cross functional teams and ensure marketing efforts align with the company's goals and objectives.

What you will do Everyday:

- Create strategic plans for the Marketing department, with a view to enhance Brand presence, increase market share, and create goodwill which will ultimately augment the profitability of our Company.

- Brand Management: Develop brand communication & strategies that will connect with the target audience. Brand Positioning, brand image and improve the overall NITCO brand perception.

- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, identify trends, customer insights and define growth opportunities, and action plan for NITCO.

- Budget and Resource Allocation: Manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal utilization of resources, measure ROI and adjust strategies as needed.

- Responsible to take care of the pricing of the company products.

- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross functional teams including Sale, Business Development, New Product development, Operations to align all marketing activities with the overall business objectives. Build and maintain relationship with key stakeholders such as media partners, agencies and industry influencers.

- Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPI metrics) to track the effectiveness of all marketing activities. Generate regular reports analyze data and present findings to senior management

Your Superpowers:

- University degree / Post Graduation in Marketing

- Minimum 15 years of experience (5 years' experience in Building Material industry)
