Responsibilities:
- Head Operations for business growth & profitability and implement the project pipe line and transitioning from start-up phase to Business
- Implement strategies for augmenting business, identifying and penetrating new market segments.
- Designing & implementing marketing plans for augmenting the business volume by enhancing brand visibility & recall.
- Driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals & managing the frontline sales team.
- Establish short / long term budgets in tune with the marketing strategies for achieving business targets
- Developing marketing calendar for special projects; maintaining the budgets & costs to the project
- Responsible for the business development and clients and explore business potential & opportunities to secure profitable business volumes
- Identify and develop new markets (especially in rural segments) for expanding the reach of the organization.
- Handling appropriate media selection for advertising new product launch campaigns. Executing all in-house advertising activities which include developing campaign strategy, roll out plans and evaluation
- Ensure service delivery to the customers as per internal quality and service standards
- Increase market share
- Prepare Annual budget
Requirements:
- 6 to 10 years experience in building Brands.
- Should include a strong competence in BTL advertising marketing as well as deep knowledge of BTL advertising suppliers. (All BTL area are considered: events, CRM, data mining, mailing, strategy advice
- Strong capabilities in coordinating the supplier's chain (i.e.: execution of creative, media, PR, events & BTL programs for existing clients and pitch new clients) IS A MUST.
- Should possess a dynamic and professional approach with extensive operational experience
- Good knowledge of suppliers in advertising area
- Ability to think and manage strategically as a key member of a small and dynamic team
- Ability to select, organize and coordinate suppliers
- Ability to build a team

- Talented, Flexible individual with ability to multitask, to exercise initiative, and work effectively under pressure, paying strong attention to detail
