Head of Marketing & Brand Promotion

Responsibilities:


- Head the marketing activities within an organization and be responsible for developing strategies, managing budgets, setting goals, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across various marketing channels.

- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.

- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department

- Set, monitor and report on team goals.

- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies.

- Ensure brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).

- Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas.

- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.

- Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans.

- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).

- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.

- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.

- Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that align with the company's business objectives and target audience in the target audience market.

- Ensuring the marketing team delivers effective campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.

- Managing marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively and optimising marketing spends to achieve maximum ROI.

- Fostering relationships with key business partners, vendors and media outlets to maximise marketing reach and impact.

- Collaborating with different teams, including product development, sales and operations to ensure a seamless alignment and the execution of marketing initiatives.

- Leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback and support to drive excellence in marketing execution.

Brand Promotion:

- Acting as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values and maintaining consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.

- Develop brand growth through the right strategies and plans for brand reputation monitoring.

- Achieve long-term organisational goals through planning and implementing marketing initiatives

- Build brand awareness and propel the company towards its mission and vision.

- Integrate with a team consisting of a brand director, assistant brand manager and other marketing professionals.

- Lead the creative development team in the right direction which aligns with the brand ethos.

Qualification And Experience:

- MBA with 18+ Years of Experience running successful marketing campaigns within BPO/ITES or Recruitment Industry.

- Deep understanding of the Indian consumer landscape, market dynamics and cultural nuances.

- Proficiency in public relations, business development strategies, customer experience enrichment, analytics and data-led marketing.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor and develop marketing professionals.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior executives and external stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to leverage data and insights for informed decision-making.

- Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords.

- Experience with CRM software.

- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.

- Analytical mind.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns.

- Experience with digital marketing platforms, including email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing.

- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
