Job Title: Marketing Head

Responsibilities:

1. Design and Implement Marketing Strategies: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for multiple brands and channels, aligning with the company's overall objectives and market trends.

2. Brand Transformation Campaigns: Lead the conceptualization and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at redefining the brand identity and positioning.

3. Budget Management: Take ownership of the marketing budget and expenditures at theGroup Level, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

4. Collaboration with Agencies: Formulate, direct, and coordinate marketing activities in collaboration with advertising agencies to ensure alignment with brand objectives and target audience.

5. Media Selection: Strategically select appropriate media channels for advertising new product launches, leveraging a mix of traditional and digital platforms to maximize reach and impact.

6. Brand Communication Mix: Manage the brand communication mix and oversee both Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) promotional activities to effectively engage with the target audience.

7. Multichannel Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies across various channels including General Trade (GT), Retail, B2B, and E-commerce, leveraging new media and social media platforms for enhanced brand visibility and engagement.

8. E-commerce Initiatives: Drive the e-commerce business for the mentioned brands through innovative digital and social media initiatives, enhancing online presence and driving sales growth.

9. Product Strategy Management: Efficiently manage brand communication and product strategy, continuously monitoring market trends and consumer preferences to stay ahead of the competition.

10. Media Initiatives: Lead the development and execution of offline and online media initiatives across Television, Print, Radio, Outdoor, and Digital platforms, maximizing brand visibility and engagement.

11. Promotional Events: Organize promotional events within allocated budgets to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.

12. Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct thorough competition analysis, analyze sub-brand-wise marketing spend, assess the scope of launching new products, and design pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
