RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop our comprehensive marketing strategy for India across online and offline channels and drive execution, including creative conceptualization, execution, and optimization, as well as the budget allocation
- Support sales and business development teams by building and executing marketing campaigns as per their requirements
- Lead Udacity's user acquisition effort to drive the highest ROI growth for our Nanodegree programs
- Source and test new user acquisition channels / partners, and optimization opportunities to drive campaign performance
- Coordinate with external agencies such as marketing agencies and public relations firms to successfully execute the marketing strategy
- Strive for analytical excellence maximizing return and increasing efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and ensure proper technical integration
- Communicate program highlights and data analytics to key management internally & externally
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- At least 7+ years of offline and online consumer marketing with a focus on developing/optimizing offline, online and mobile marketing programs with a rich portfolio of previous successful marketing campaigns
- Successful experience in working with and executing marketing campaigns for various teams like enterprise sales, direct sales, and business development teams
- Experience with Facebook campaigns, SEO, Google AdWords (SEM), display marketing, ad networks, and testing methods; metrics driven marketer
- Experience with coordinating and executing traditional offline campaigns such as in radio, print, and television
- Ability to think creatively with no boundaries on what could be imagined
- Willing to experiment fast and change paths as needed
- Excellent analytical skills and an inquisitive nature
- Excellent communication, project management as well as interpersonal and organizational skills
- Able to work independently in an extremely fast paced, team environment; an entrepreneurial mindset
