We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Marketing to lead the marketing efforts for our growing Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in branding for B2C companies, with significant experience in social media campaigns strategy, and a strong understanding of digital marketing.
This role requires a self-starter with a 'start-up' mentality, capable of driving brand growth through innovative marketing strategies and effective team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the brand's objectives and drive growth across all channels.
- Social Media Campaigns: Design and execute social media campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive conversions.
- Brand Persona Translation: Collaborate with Product and Design teams to ensure that the brand persona is accurately represented in all communications and marketing materials.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Utilize a deep understanding of digital marketing to craft strategies that maximize online presence and effectiveness across various platforms.
- KPI-Driven Performance: Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and achieve targets.
- Channel Strategy: Develop and maintain a custom playbook for key marketing channels, ensuring a tailored approach to each channel that aligns with the brand's goals.
- Copywriting: Oversee the creation of compelling copy for various marketing materials, with a strong emphasis on B2C branding and messaging.
- YouTube Brand Building: Leverage prior experience in building brands on YouTube to enhance the brand's presence and engagement on the platform.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 12-15 years of experience in branding roles within B2C companies, with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand building.
- Social Media Expertise: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing social media campaigns, with a focus on strategy and performance.
- Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with a history of driving growth through online channels.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with Product and Design teams to integrate brand messaging into all aspects of the business.
- Analytical Skills: KPI-driven approach to measuring and optimizing the success of marketing campaigns, with a focus on data and results.
- Copywriting Skills: Proficiency in copywriting, with experience in crafting impactful messaging for B2C brands.
- YouTube Experience (Preferred): Prior experience in brand building on YouTube is an added advantage.

- Self-starter, fast learner, detail-oriented, with critical thinking skills and a 'start-up' mentality.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven ability to create and manage successful social media campaigns.
