Brand Building & Thought Leadership:
- Establish in DevSecOps & B2B software solutions.
- Create and execute a strong brand positioning strategy in global and Indian markets.
- Develop high-quality content strategies (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, industry reports) to showcase our expertise.
- Build relationships with industry influencers, media, and event organizers to increase visibility.
Lead Generation & Revenue Growth:
- Design and execute a data-driven demand generation strategy to drive high-quality B2B leads.
- Utilize a mix of ABM (Account-Based Marketing), inbound marketing, SEO, PPC, and email marketing for pipeline growth.
- Drive partnership marketing, referral programs, and strategic alliances to accelerate business expansion.
Strategic Marketing Campaigns & Events:
- Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and tech conferences to engage prospects and customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to create sales enablement materials, presentations, and GTM strategies.
- Develop and track KPIs for campaign performance, ROI, and lead conversion metrics.
Digital & Performance Marketing:
- Leverage LinkedIn, Google Ads, and programmatic advertising to reach decision-makers in enterprise tech.
- Optimize marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) for personalized outreach.
- Use analytics and A/B testing to refine marketing strategies for maximum impact
What You Bring?
- 10+ years of experience in B2B software marketing, preferably in DevSecOps, cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise tech.
- Proven expertise in strategizing, executing, and scaling B2B lead generation & brand-building initiatives.
- Strong understanding of ABM, content marketing, digital marketing, and event marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience in SEO, PPC, LinkedIn ads, email marketing, and CRM tools.
- Ability to lead a lean, high-impact team while working closely with sales & product teams.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Self-starter mindset with a passion for scaling brands in niche tech markets
