We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to drive our B2B SaaS and DevSecOps solutions' growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for building our brand, generating high-quality leads, and executing impactful marketing campaigns.

You will leverage your deep understanding of B2B software marketing to develop and implement strategies that resonate with enterprise clients in global and Indian markets.

Your leadership and expertise will be crucial in scaling our brand and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

- Establish and enhance our brand as a thought leader in DevSecOps and B2B software solutions.

- Develop and execute a strong brand positioning strategy for global and Indian markets.

- Create and implement high-quality content strategies (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, industry reports) to showcase our expertise.

- Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, media, and event organizers to increase brand visibility.

- Design and execute a data-driven demand generation strategy to drive high-quality B2B leads.

- Utilize a mix of Account-Based Marketing (ABM), inbound marketing, SEO, PPC, and email marketing for pipeline growth.

- Develop and drive partnership marketing, referral programs, and strategic alliances to accelerate business expansion.

- Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and tech conferences to engage prospects and customers.

- Collaborate closely with the sales team to create sales enablement materials, presentations, and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.

- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaign performance, return on investment (ROI), and lead conversion metrics.

- Leverage LinkedIn, Google Ads, and programmatic advertising to reach decision-makers in enterprise technology.

- Optimize marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) for personalized outreach.

- Utilize analytics and A/B testing to refine marketing strategies for maximum impact.

What You Bring:

- 10+ years of experience in B2B software marketing, preferably in DevSecOps, cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology.

- Proven expertise in strategizing, executing, and scaling B2B lead generation and brand-building initiatives.

- Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM), content marketing, digital marketing, and event marketing strategies.

- Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, LinkedIn ads, email marketing, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

- Ability to lead a lean, high-impact team while collaborating closely with sales and product teams.

- Excellent storytelling, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills.

- Self-starter mindset with a passion for scaling brands in niche technology markets.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
