- 15+ Years of experience in Brand management, communication & strategy development and people management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize and curate marketing roadmap in alignment with growth levers and market share expansions.
- Devise strategy for categories - leverage innovative marketing opportunities.
- Identify and create alignment for growth strategies, market wise product wise by arresting MS declines and accelerating MS gains.
- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies.
- Conceptualization & aligning media and digital teams on strategy.
- Contribute towards brand extension strategy with product planning Briefing & reviewing media plans.
- Lead on finalization of brand names.
- Leading the development of strategies and objectives for building and executing year-round marketing activities.
- Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas.
- Liaison with PR team to drive initiative on the brand.
- Analyse impact on brand, retails & enquiries.
- Manage marketing budgets as per media-mix-modelling and consumer decision journey.
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).
- Participate in quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.
- Focus on developing synergies along with sales and marketing teams to boost brand awareness.
- Conceptualization & development of the consumer engagement.
