Head of Marketing for Auto Business


Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies specifically targeting the OEM-passenger car segment.

- Drive the vision and goals for the sales and marketing team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Relationship Management:

- Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the OEM-passenger car segment.

- Act as the primary liaison between the company and its OEM partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.

Market Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities within the high-end leather seating market.

- Analyze competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive\edge.

Sales Performance:

- Set sales targets and monitor the performance of the sales team, ensuring they meet or exceed goals.

- Develop sales forecasts and share insights with upper management to facilitate decision making and resource allocation.

Brand Development:

- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing brand awareness and positioning within the industry.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing materials accurately represent the brand's offerings and value propositions.

Team Development:

- Mentor and develop sales and marketing team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Budget Management:
