Education: PG/MBA in Marketing
Experience: 10 - 12 yrs. of experience
Job Role:
Responsible for the strategic and tactical development of the brand along with Brand Director and to lead the planning, coordination and management of brand development projects.
Role Accountabilities, Expectations and Decision-making
- Brand Management
- Lead in developing a brand communications strategy
- Create the annual brand marketing plan and execute within agreed timescales and budgets
- Where appropriate, independently manage projects on brand initiatives
- Lead Creative excellence in all marketing communications material to support product launches across all consumer & customer touch points.
- Manage agencies networks deliverables, resources, and KPI reviews
- Manage activation of marketing & customer loyalty programme including consumer promotions, brand partnerships, consumer education & sponsorships.
- Leverage consumer & competitive insights to develop brand communication.
- Work closely with the Retail, Design & Product teams to ensure the successful promotion of the brand.
- Manage and oversee the agencies teams to ensure that they are well motivated, equipped and fully briefed to implement key marketing briefs.
Skills:
Understanding of different aspects of marketing activities with strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, project management skills
Knowledge:
Strong exposure to brand management, marketing communications (media & advertising), online marketing, customer loyalty programs, direct marketing, market research, PR, visual merchandising photo
