Job Description:

Qualification:

- Minimum work experience of 8+ years (Max 10years) with a Dynamic startup firm


- Handling Pure marketing (No Sales), PAN Indian Product launch, Marketing Campaigns, PR, Crafting Marketing & Brand strategies,


- Coordinating with Sales team.

- Master's in business administration (Marketing), or a related field from reputed Institutions like IIM, IIT, ISB, NIT, BITS, Symbiosis, XLRI, Great Lakes Etc.

Languages known: Hindi, English

Responsibilities:

Developing Marketing Strategy:

- Create a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the overall business goals.

- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitors, and industry trends.

- Define unique value propositions and positioning for the startup's products or services.

Brand Management:

- Build and manage the startup's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.

- Develop and implement branding guidelines to maintain a cohesive brand image.

- Monitor brand sentiment and adjust strategies accordingly.

Digital Marketing:

- Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO.

- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.

- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies.

Content Strategy:

- Develop a content strategy that aligns with the brand and resonates with the target audience.

- Create and manage the production of high-quality content for various channels, including blogs, videos, and social media.

Lead Generation and Conversion:

- Implement strategies to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.

- Work closely with sales teams to ensure effective lead handoff and conversion.

- Optimize conversion funnels and customer journeys for maximum efficiency.

Public Relations:

- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders.

- Coordinate public relations efforts to generate positive media coverage.

- Handle crisis communications effectively.
