We are looking for a senior marketing professional who can play a leading role in driving Revenue across businesses for the group:
- Experience in sales and marketing in a B2C Business, preferably in a service sector, with 4+ years experience & 2-3 years in a senior / head role
Education: Master’s degree in Business Management - Tier I institute.
Job Responsibilities:
The Marketing Head would be responsible for:
- Driving Marketing activities for revenue generation across the Group by leading and managing a dedicated team of marketing and sales professionals
- Researching, Formulating Strategy, Planning, Budgeting and Executing the Sales and Marketing initiatives to achieve the target number of admissions for each of the businesses
- Managing and Building the various brands owned by the company and ensuring that each of the brand becomes leader (both in online and offline space) in the segment and geography that it operates in. Managing the various brand properties including the website, social media pages, blogs etc
- Driving walkins into the campuses through various ATL (Media & PR, Hoardings, Paper Ads etc), BTL and Online activities
Experience sought:
Ideally looking for a candidate who has:
- Experience in building, strengthening and leading a large and distributed marketing team in a consumer focused industry
- Demonstrated abilities to drive marketing and sales of premium product / service
Attitude sought:
- Efficient communicator combining high degree of discretion, mature judgment, interpersonal, problem solving and mentoring skills
- Self-starter and go-getter who is able to himself/herself able to identify potential areas of improvement in the organization and drive change
- Team player and relationship manager who can work closely with Other Business unit, Other functional heads and external partners etc
