JOB SUMMARY:

Cambridge Technology is seeking a marketing manager/head, responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for our US organization to, establish a lead /demand generation process, a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for sales, develop inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.

We are only looking for a head or director, not a manager or senior manager.

This is a complete work form office, 5 days a week, based out of Hyderabad.

This role needs strong expertise in marketing IT services for North America Region.

This is not a night shift; it is India timing, but due to overlapping with the US team, this role must be flexible.

This position requires a minimum of 8+ years of leadership experience managing global marketing teams.

We are an IT services organization, candidates from the same domain would be given first preference.

This is a corporate leadership role, You will be responsible for all aspects of marketing delivery and operations.


Responsibilities


Strategic Marketing & Leadership


- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Developing and executing GTM strategies for IT services, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and digital transformation offerings.

- Brand Positioning: Crafting a strong brand identity to differentiate in a highly competitive IT services landscape.

- Market Research & Competitive Intelligence: Identifying market trends, customer pain points, and competitor strategies to refine service offerings.

- Thought Leadership & Executive Branding: Positioning company leaders as industry experts through content marketing, webinars, and speaking engagements.


Digital Marketing & Demand Generation

- Performance Marketing & Lead Generation: Running multi-channel campaigns (PPC, SEO, email, LinkedIn, ABM) to drive high-quality B2B leads.

- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Targeting enterprise clients with personalized marketing strategies.

- SEO & Content Marketing: Optimizing for organic traffic through high-value content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies).

- Marketing Automation & CRM Management: Using tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce to nurture leads and measure campaign performance.


Sales & Business Growth Alignment


- Sales Enablement: Creating sales collateral, case studies, and battle cards to support the sales team.


- Pipeline & Revenue Contribution: Ensuring marketing efforts contribute to sales-qualified leads (SQLs) and revenue growth.

- Partnership & Alliances Marketing: Collaborating with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and technology partners to co-market solutions.


Data-Driven Decision Making

- Marketing Analytics & ROI Measurement: Tracking KPIs such as CPL, CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and marketing-sourced revenue.

- Customer Insights & Personalization: Leveraging data to create personalized experiences for key accounts and buyers.

- A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Refining messaging, landing pages, and campaigns for maximum impact.


Industry-Specific Knowledge


- IT & Technology Landscape: Understanding cloud computing, AI/ML, DevOps, cybersecurity, and digital transformation trends.


- B2B Enterprise Marketing: Experience in long sales cycles, C-suite engagement, and enterprise decision-making processes.

- North America Market Expertise: Familiarity with IT services buying behavior, compliance regulations, and regional marketing strategies.


Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Team Management & Agency Coordination: Leading in-house teams, agencies, and freelancers for campaign execution.

- Stakeholder Communication: Engaging with C-level executives, sales teams, and delivery leaders to align marketing with business goals.

- Budget & Resource Management: Allocating budgets effectively across campaigns and channels to maximize ROI.


Event & Community Marketing


- Industry Conferences & Webinars: Planning and executing high-impact events (AWS re:Invent, Gartner Summits, IT expos).


- Partnerships & Sponsorships: Collaborating with tech forums, associations, and media partners to boost visibility.


Requirements

- Overall 15+years experience , at least 8+yrs in leadership role.

- At least 5+yrs in creating global GTM Strategies.

- Experience with multi-level lead gen campaigns.

- Marketing and sales planning.

- Experience with 3rd party marketing/sales tools (Marketo, HubSpot etc.

- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and analytical skills.

- Capable of delivering best-in-class presentation and collateral marketing materials (PPT etc.

- Inbound/Outbound marketing campaigns.

- Experience with trade shows and other external marketing opportunities.

- Confident and dynamic personality.
