- We are seeking to identify a senior resource as their Head of Market Procurement.

- You will be responsible for creating market based sourcing solutions and managing their implementation for critical projects. For this, you will need to understand business strategy and evolve project implementation plans that align with the overall sourcing strategy.

Key responsibilities for this role include: -

- Accountability for Market Procurement performance

- Defining and deploying the market procurement strategy, performance objectives and targets in alignment with stakeholders.

- Interface with all Market level stakeholders on all procurement related topics for services, products and materials.

- Ensure adherence in procurement process and policies in the market in line with Global Procurement standards with a key focus on cost efficiency.

- Strive for Automation & Digitalization practices & tool improvement. Drive transformation initiatives.

- Accountable for business management of Services suppliers in close alignment with Delivery functions

Desired candidate profile -

- Preferably an Engineer &/or an MBA with at least 16 years of relevant experience

- Technology industry experience including creation and implementation of sourcing strategy

- Expertise in negotiation with commercial/analytical & engagement skills

- Should have strong leadership skills along with services and delivery experience.

- Prior experience to Contract and project management

- Strong relationship management skills.
