Principle Accountabilities :
- Implement standardized reporting models across the organization
- Develop and share insights through trend analysis
- Deliver the MI projects from conceptualization to insights for the operating companies across the group
- Use business acumen to be able to analyze, drive insights and create meaningful reports using large data sets
- Develop an understanding of business operations across the group companies
- Run and maintain the operational MIS reviews
- Deliver insights and suggestions for continuous improvement on the basis of MI reviews
- Conceptualize the organization operational metrics and KPI's aligned with operations objectives
- Develop dashboards to execute the organizational MIS
- Build the infrastructure tools and organization structure to deliver the Organizational MIS
- Manage the global stakeholders on an ongoing basis while delivering on the requirements
- Work with business/operations team to define the operational MIS and KPI's
- Build, develop and retain capabilities within the team to achieve the stated goals
- Create processes around effective knowledge management within the team to ensure a culture of continuous learning and self-development.
MIS team has been set up as a centralized team to deliver quality and efficient Management information and operational insights to various operating companies of the group across the globe.
The MIS team serves primarily to Employee Benefits and Insurance Broking team within the company. The sub functions under such teams are then managed by Senior Managers.
Education: B. Tech/ BE
Essential: Experience on building a CoE model for the Organization MIS
Preferable - Insurance/ Financial Services
Essential: Understanding of Data Warehousing Tools, expert in Tableau and MS Excel, MS Access, SQL
Experience of working in Global/ Cross-cultural teams will be preferred
