The role is to Head consumer and market insights for a large company that would drive stronger growth plans, marketing strategies and innovation pipeline. The role would have a component of primary research, market mapping, competitive analysis and business analytics built in. Additionally, this role would wide responsibilities of bringing on strategic priorities like Business Drivers & Marketing spend effectiveness. This leadership role entails bringing the best practices on Marketing ROI and developing the framework for vendor partnerships to roll out more analytics support to key decision makers in marketing and sales and help them make more fact-based decisions.

Candidate profile required:

- 10+ years of experience in or across top tier Consumer / Health Care / Consulting / Agency in Marketing / Consumer & Market Insights.

- Worked across a spectrum of market insights tools (primary research/ syndicated research in the India market.

- Strong business analysis skills: Ability to triangulate knowledge across multiple data sources and come up with clear conclusions.
