Job Description :
- Post qualification with 10-12 years of experience in Media Agency + client side (FMCG)
- Represents the voice of consumer and ensures that consumer knowledge is integrated into formulating the short, medium and long term brand & product strategy
- Works closely with the brand, innovation and other teams to understand business challenges / through primary / secondary research
- Drive strategic researches e.g. triggers and barriers, pricing studies, portfolio management/ optimization, innovation pipeline building
- Measure business health through regular dipsticks / imagery studies / brand track
- Solve for immediate business problem related to channel, geography, services related through research
- Be a champion for bettering consumer experience and maintaining high brand imagery levels
- Mentor and guide team of researchers - Guide and oversee them on technical aspects of both qualitative and quantitative research
- Manage senior stake holders from different functions and businesses
