Head - Marcom - Telecom

We have an urgent opening for the position of Head Marcom (Senior Manager) with one of the leading Telecom Company.

Key Area Responsibilities:

- Channel Management: Planning, executing & Maintaining product shops Visibility and BTL Promotion , Managing Sub Dealers Contact Program . Channel extraction & expansion Planning and execution.

- BTL Promotion: To enhance Brand Image and create hype in Market and to cover mass Doing BTL activation

- Service Marketing: Planning and executing of Direct Service Center BTL Program as per the Brand Guidelines, Supervising Reduce response time Program to enhance MOT, VOC Management and Consumer Product cycle leads generation program through Service Engineers.

- SSE Management: Deployment & Target setting for Store Sales Executive (SSE) and Monitoring Standardized product training modules. Charting out SSE Career development Path.

- Sellout Activation: In store merchandising, Display monitoring, BTL activation to support Secondary Sales and Annual Shop floor Event to create footfall at Brand Shops.

- Operational Excellence: Deployment of BIN card management at Marketing warehouse to reduce wastages of Marketing Material, secondary sales tracking Process & MSP implementation.

- Brand Shop / Modern Trade & RSS MAC: Planning and Execution of Exclusive Brand Store Marketing Activity Calendar.

- CRM: Trend Analysis on Consumer Loyalty and charting out effective Consumer Retention Strategy.

- Instore & Outstore Visibility: Increasing & Maintaining Brand Visibility Share in Market

- Event and Launches: Planning Sub dealers and Direct Dealer Meet during Season and Product Launch

Qualification: Top B school of Batch 2004-08

Compensation : Upto 20 Lacs per annum

Location : Jaipur (Rajasthan)
