Job opening for Head Of Manufacturing position in a Renowned Toys Manufacturing company at Chennai.

Job Role: Head of Manufacturing

Job Location: Chennai

Preferred Industry: Wooden Toy Manufacturing / Plastic Toy Manufacturing / Rubber Manufacturing / Plastic Manufacturing

Required Experience: 15+ years and the person should be ready to travel

Job Roles & responsibilities:

- Establish a clear vision and leadership style, encourage and inspire employees to reach excellence, and act as a mentor for them as they pick up new abilities.

- Develop a plan and evaluate KPIs in all areas of the manufacturing function to guarantee that all projects get finished on schedule, within budget, and to the highest possible levels of quality.

- Oversee the manufacturing facilities' daily operations, including resource allocation, scheduling, and production planning. Keep an eye on manufacturing processes to make sure that targets for profitability, productivity, and efficiency are regularly reached.

- Develop and carry out initiatives and plans for sustainability that are in line with the aims and objectives of the business in question. Perform in-depth environmental audits and assessments to identify problem areas and put best practices into action.

Strong communication abilities both in writing and speaking are essential.

Education: B.E / B.Tech. in Plastic Technology or equivalent with MBA preferred
