About Our Client :

Our client is a global FMCG company with an innovative brand portfolio. They are widely considered to be pioneers in their space, and are considered to be an employer of choice in the FMCG Industry.

They have been growing exponentially in the India market over the years, and are currently looking to recruit a Head Manufacturing Strategy & Capacity Planning, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.

Job Description :

Reporting to the Manufacturing Director, you will be responsible for :

- Supporting the development and implementation of the manufacturing strategy across Capacity Building, Sourcing, Technology Development, and network optimization

- Devising and implementing long term cost effective solutions for the company while ensuring that aspects of quality and safety are adhered to.

- Collaborate with different functions and ensure that the manufacturing strategy is aligned with overall business objectives for the company

The Successful Applicant :

- You will be an engineer with around 10-15 years of experience, ideally in the FMCG (Foods, Bevarages industry).

- Prior experience of working on functions of Manufacturing Operations, Strategy, Capacity Planning and Development, Process Excellence is a must.

- The client is looking for someone with excellent communication/interpersonal skills and the ability to manage stakeholders to drive business results.
