Exp in handling all plant Operations, currently working in the capacity of Plant Head in South India

Outcomes :

- Activities for achieving Outcomes

- Ensure Production as per budget

- Guiding and facilitating team to implement best manufacturing/production practices

- Ensuring smooth functioning of the plant by ensuring availability of raw material, consumables -and operating spares. Preventive maintenance schedule.

- Identifying and implementing modifications/modernization needs,

- Alternative/innovative methods of operation, trials which will lead to improvement in product/process quality

- Developing good work practices on shop floor, this will

- Help in productivity improvement.

- Ensure COC at both plants - facilitate for improvements in production systems

- Review of process

- Review of utility consumption

- Improvement in input output ratio

Ensure to achieve bench mark productivity -collection of bench mark data on productivity

- Implementation of automation in production to improve productivity

- Coordinate with HR and production to achieve Ideal structure to establish bench mark productivity

- Implementation of capex for improvements and expansion

Capability Building -Co create the capability development process for Operations team.

- Develop learning modules & train team for technology & systems

- Maintaining good IR Situation inside the plant.

Promote TQM way of working & safety culture

- Reviewing the implementation & impact of quality systems and TQM practices

- Ensure the good safety practices in both the plants.

- Inspire team to participate in Kaizens, 5S Score, QC Circles, AM and committees

- Lead & facilitate change management

Ensure Customer satisfaction

- Planning and implementing production schedule in consultation with marketing team to meet on time delivery to customers. Analyzing customer feedback and identifying/

- Implementing solution to improve product quality.

- Interaction with supply chain team for delivery schedule, with customers for all technical matters.

- Reducing customer complaints.

- Improving Customer satisfaction score (Secure self-certification and improve vendor quality ratings from customers).

- Effective Logistics/sales coordination and stores management is ensured )

- Manage relationship with logistics providers to make sure on time delivery

- Finalizing contract with logistics

- Ensure complete statutory compliance of the plants and Ensure factory manager's roles is played at Manali -Guiding and facilitating implementation of applicable statutory requirements ( OHSAHS, TS, ISO & factory laws)

- Reviews of compliance & improvements/ countermeasures for NCs

- Relationship building with district, state and central bodies like MOEF, Pollution control boards, Inspector of factories etc

- Maintaining cordial relations with Union & Association
