- To handle entire production activities of the plant directly.

- To be responsible for cost, quality and timely delivery of products.

- 100% compliance of budgeted production with budgeted manpower.

- To be responsible for budgeted manpower control.

- Responsible for implementation of Kaizen way of working

- Responsible for Legal Compliances of the Factory

- Responsible for connecting with External Stakeholders and build relationships

- Responsible for executing the investment plan without deviations

- Responsible for the development of new products within the time frame stipulated

- Responsible for the execution of the productivity plan .

Candidate requirement :

- BE/ BTECH - in Ceramic engineering / Diploma in Ceramic engineering

- MBA will be an added advantage

- Candidates from - Ceramic Industry Current / Past experience is a mandatory .

- Immediate Closure

- Candidate across India willing to work in North Location can apply
