Responsibilities:

Strategic Manufacturing Leadership:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive manufacturing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.

- Lead, motivate, and empower a team of operations professionals to achieve peak performance and operational excellence.

- Oversee all aspects of production planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

Operational Excellence & Efficiency:

- Continuously evaluate challenges and opportunities for improvement within manufacturing processes.

- Implement strategies to optimize production lines, minimize waste, and maximize overall throughput.

- Ensure adherence to stringent quality standards and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations.

Supplier Management & Relationship Building:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to secure timely delivery of high-quality materials.

- Negotiate competitive pricing and terms for materials and services.

Customer Focus & Communication:

- Collaborate closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure on-time delivery and exceed customer expectations for product quality and cost.

- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders regarding production progress and potential challenges.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 11+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles within the ESDM and automotive electronics (including EV) industry.

- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic manufacturing initiatives that drive operational excellence.

- In-depth understanding of electronic system design and manufacturing (ESDM) principles, including SMT lines, master production scheduling (MPS), and quality control processes.

- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on employee development and high-performance team culture.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to continuous improvement.
