Head - Manufacturing - Business House

Our client is a large and well-respected Business House of India having diverse interests globally with strong Indian roots.

One of its listed companies operating in the Manufacturing Space has entrusted us with the selection of a General Manager - Operations for their plant located in Western India.

Qualifications: Engineering with a PG degree.

Location : Southern India

Broad Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the Manufacturing operations of the entire Works as Plant Head. He will lead a team of 5-6 Direct reports.

- Will be responsible for : Production, Maintenance, QA, HR, Safety & Environment, Logistics, Stores, Procurement

- Also responsible for handling local CSR activities and external stakeholder dealing

- Also responsible for handling 3P and external Job workers
