Machine Shops –

- Light Machine Shop - Small CNC lathe & Milling Machines Heavy Machine Shop - CNC Table Borer, VTLs & Hobbing Super Heavy Machine Shop – CNC Floor Borer & Planomiller

Skillful Assembly Shops –

- Standard Machines Assembly Shop Hydraulic Machines Assembly Shop Mechanical Machines Assembly Shop

Preparation Shop,

Tool Room –

- To facilitate the tooling to Machine Shops, having full-fledged tool repair & Maintenance shop.

Managing Maintenance for -

- Breakdown, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance of equipments Total Productive Maintenance (TPM Procurement & Installation of equipments Reconditioning & Refurbishing of equipments Spare Parts Inventory Management Controlling the MTBF & MTTR Controlling the Maintenance cost

Managing Planning & Subcontracting through -

- Projects(jobs) Planning & Scheduling Subcontracting/outsourcing the part of job to save cost/time Controlling the Store Inventory Controlling the Work in progress (WIP) Costing & Budgeting

Managing Industrial Engineering for -

- Calculation & issuance of job time Preparation of Management Reports Monitoring & Control on Production activities Expansion Planning & Executions

- Responsible for Raw Material purchase, e.g. steel plates, forgings, castings, etc. Bought-out purchase, electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, etc. Subcontracted items purchase, e.g. fabricated/machined parts. Capital equipments purchase. Tooling & Measuring instruments purchase. Vendor identification, appraisal & development Scrap management & disposal Material Store

- Supported by a well organized and written down Quality Assurance (QA) systems and assisted by a Welding Technology department.
