- Lead the Business Operations teams viz. Production, Supply Chain & Quality Control andeffectively manage all strategic operational processes and resourcing and leading the organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence.

- Develop and manage master production schedule and operations budgets for products to directly support and ensure that the product is delivered to agreed cost, quality, and timelines.

- Drive the performance baselining and metrics reporting, process improvement projects and quality certification that help organization to achieve certifications like AS9100.

- Identify and implement Cost saving initiatives (productivity) towards reducing COGS.

- Provide strong leadership to team including developing and monitoring individual and team performance goals, coaching managers, and senior individual contributors, and driving major change initiatives.

- Applies knowledge of processes, equipment, and system capability to set up facility standards to match the product delivery requirements.

- Own the complete automation process and contribute to improvement of same to increase efficiency of system using innovative approaches.

- Work within established Service Delivery and Operations process to support intake and impact assessment process activities to include identification of operation impacts with operational input and approval.

- Plan and execute maintenance activity to ensure the plant is kept safe and compliant.

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in lean manufacturing, quality control or 6 sigma equivalent experience is preferred.

- Knowledge of SAP, SAP B1 would be an added advantage.
