Currently hiring Head of Manufacturing for Large German Conglomerate near Bangalore

A Graduate engineer in Chemical (BE/BTech only)

Position : Head Manufacturing

Reporting to : VP Operations

Brief of the JD:

- Manage day-to-day Production activities and provide leadership for all the workers and staff in the Production Department.

- Identify, develop and direct the implementation of Business Strategy pertaining- to Manufacturing Operations.

- Develop long-term strategic plans to grow and strengthen the Manufacturing Operations.

- Drive continuous Improvement and Lean Sigma initiatives to further strengthen processes

- Coordinate with the Leadership at the Plant to implement Global initiatives and best practices

- Mentor and coach first-time leaders

DESIRED PROFILE:

- A Graduate engineer in Chemical (BE/BTech only)

- Should be Heading Plant operations (100-200 cr) and in supervising Batch Processing in industries that manufacture products similar to Lubricants and Chemicals.

- Experience of working for a multinational company

- Experience in Labor disputes

- Experience with Lean Sigma initiatives

- Knowledge of at least one south Indian Language
