LEAD MANUFACTURING

Experience in project management of Green/Brownfield projects

Project Management

- Closely work with cross-functional teams to coordinate and ensure on-time project completion.

- Lead the project design in the Greenfield/Brownfield project, providing inputs to user requirement specifications development, operational needs, and constraints

- Make manufacturing dossier for new facility and contract/3P manufacturing units

Supplier and Vendor Management:

- Ensure smooth operations of existing contract/3P manufacturing operations

- Identify and ensure seamless start-up of new contract/3P manufacturing units

- Resolve supplier issues and manage relationships to ensure compliance with agreements.

- To lead contracting with inputs from legal & other departments.

- Coordinate and visit manufacturing premises and ensure all processes are in place for launches and new product development.

Process Improvements and Execution:

- Analyze workflow, remove bottlenecks, and set up best practices in exiting contract/3P manufacturing and new facility

- Coordinate product/process permits & licenses with project managers, quality managers, and regulatory teams

- Ensure CGMP, Safety in all plant operations

- Ensure that the best practices are included in the equipment, process flow, space design, and CGMP in the new facility

Cost Negotiations:

- Identify cost reduction opportunities in the Plant operations with the 3P

- Execute the improvement processes to garner constant savings
