Head/Manager - Unsecured Policy

Experience : 8 - 15 years.

Job Responsibilities :

- Preparation and implementation of policies for unsecured products.

- System integration/enhancements for implementation of policies.

- Work With banks and NBFC to setup policy for the unsecured lending business.

- Monitoring and management of portfolio through monthly portfolio analysis.

- To monitor and track Net Credit Losses (NCL) for the product.

- Must have the experience of preparing multiple risk strategies like Risk, Fraud, Collection, Settlement for our loans.

- Manage existing relationships with banks and NBFCs and develop new partnerships

- Creating a framework to eliminate/reduce customer personification.

- Create the right customer profile right pricing model for the customer.

Qualification :

- MBA for Premium colleges.

- Knowledge of Unsecured lending must.
