Role Definition:
A person who is responsible for creating high value communication with our target market that eventually leads to sale of our services and products, helps us identify what our customer wants, to create irresistible user experience and create effective brand communication.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
1. Professional experience: 5-10+ years of experience in B2C marketing, B2B exp. will be an added advantage.
2. Educational qualification: MBA from premier institute.
3. Candidate shall be tech savvy and data driven with experience in online marketing tools.
Responsibility Deliverable:
a) Create Marketing plan
b) Creating marketing collaterals
c) Create effective brand communication.
d) Creating a PR strategy & Influencer management
e) Optimize customer life cycle
f) Onboarding vendors and agencies.
g) Report generation
h) Create effective employee communication
i) Creating a B2B market plan
Tasks & Activities:
1. Create Marketing plan From identifying the primary target market to preparing a go to market launch plan that includes digital marketing , lead generation, web and social activities that ensures specific goal setting , top class visibility of the brand, problem it solves, high value achieved by transacting for our product and service
2. Creating marketing collateral
Developing out of the box marketing collaterals that enhances customer interest in exploring our products and services.
3. Create effective brand communication Ensuring brand uniformity and effective perception by creating relatable recall value through customer success stories, unique value proposition, industry expertise by using the track record of the organisation.
4. Creating a PR strategy and Influencer management
Creating a PR strategy to enhance the visibility of the company across various PR advertisement mediums. Onboard vendors, publications and influencers to increase the brand trust in our target audience.
5. Optimize customer life cycle
Engage with the existing customers of the company, create referral programmes/ loyalty programmes, enhance pre and post sales experience of the new customer, create a process to capture success at different stages of the customer life cycle.
6. Onboarding vendors and agencies. Identifying and onboarding credible agencies for execution of various campaign set.
7. Report generation Creating trackable KPI's for the marketing function, generating performance reports as per the timelines set in the marketing plan, review and revision of strategy as per results delivered, controlling the ROI and profit & loss for the function
8. Create effective employee communication
Create effective employee comm's to ensure a positive and motivating culture in the company. This should have specific goals towards the welfare of the members of the company.
9. Creating a B2B market plan
Create a strategy to explore B2B business opportunities, draw effective and lucrative opportunities with the sales team to ensure higher channel partner associations.
Measurement Metrics:
#YoY revenue increase, ROI generated.
# Campaigns planned, executed and achievements.
# PR partnerships and influencers onboarded
# Ratio of qualified leads
# B2B partnerships
# Employee communication campaigns and visibility
