Head/Manager - Human Resource - BFSI

HR Manager/ HR Head role in Mumbai for a stable and profitable Investment and Research in Financial assets, PE, equity etc. It is NOT a startup but a well-running company that needs a young top notch HR mind to help it move forward&grow - strategic priorities - hiring and retaining top talent, employer brand, innovative practices and HR operations.

Salary range 11- 16 lakhs pa. Should be Mumbai based

- Candidates preferred from Investment Banks, FMCG, global Technology, Software product companies, MNC Banks, MNC Telecom, Women looking to come back after a break are welcome.

- You should be conceptual sound, articulate and great ability work with multiple stakeholders.

- Work closely with business and enhance performance ( at individual and business level ), hire high-end talent ( fund managers, Wealth Relationship managers etc)

- Ability to work closely with Founders and influence policy

- Hiring and retaining top talent 30%-40%

- Employer brand, innovative practices and HR operations - 70%
