Designation - Open,based on the current role and years of experience.

Role and Responsibilities
The Client Solutions Manager plays a key interface role between the Customer and the Internal Techno-commercial teams of Company divisions with the objective of configuring an optimal Outsourcing solution for the customer.
The key responsibilities will include:
1. Working actively with the Engagement team to qualify Outsourcing opportunities
2. Making presentations to Top Management (CxOs) of Client and convince them on the Benefits of Total Outsourcing.
3. Interact with the Client’s team to understand their Business and IT needs, identify the pain areas and configure a solution to address the same.
4. Manage the complete engagement from qualification till closure. Be the single point of contact for the Solution for the Client from Company.
5. Prepare & Present the overall Business Case to the Client Management for Outsourcing & take part in commercial negotiations.
6. Assist the Implementation team in Transition
7. Train internal divisions to be evangelists for Outsourcing to customers.
8. Develop Practice documents & White papers on Outsourcing
9. Present Company’s proposition in Industry & Customer forums
10. Contribute to Marketing initiatives for Total Outsourcing in India & Asia Pacific Predominantly India Based. May also handle engagements in Asia Pacific & Middle East
Role Requirements
1. Ability to understand Customer requirements and clearly articulate technical options to internal teams.
2. Good teaming/Project management skills to prepare a multi divisional bids.
3. Understanding of common technology areas
4. Understanding of IT Services/Outsourcing
5. Have ability to work with cross-functional teams and individuals at various levels
6. Strong verbal, written, analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
7. Total of 5-15 Years of experience with Minimum of 2-6 Years of Pre-sales / sales experience.
8. MBA(full time).
