Our client is looking for Head - Managed Services.  Below is job profile:  - Top-Tier BE / MBA with 10 - 15 years’ experience  - Primary responsibility will be to ensure P&L management of the Managed Services business   - BOP / Shared Services operations experience, BFSI domain knowledge.  - Ensure smooth transition and in sync with the customer expectations and SLA’s  - Monitor and adjust estimates to integrate new constraints  - Conduct project close out meetings  - Manage escalations proactively and ensure SLAs are exceeded  - Lead the team providing remote managed services to end customers mostly banks to ensure highest services delivery as per the agreed customer SLA’s  - To review hiring / staffing norms with HR  - To review various reports and statistical data generated for the program and work out suitable action plans to effect continuous improvement  - Service oriented approach to understand customer issues and handling them effectively to have greater customer satisfaction  - Drive operational efficiency across MS and Outsourcing service organization  - Driving & developing the business growth for Outsourcing & MS sales to achieve increased market share and profitable growth  - Responsible for revenue and margins for all Outsourcing & MS in the country  - Responsible for working capital management.  - Develop and sustain high level customer relationships for existing & potential customers  - Assist sales team in closure of deals with the customers.  - Experience in managing a 24 x 7 services delivery / operations environment.  - Exposure to setting up processes and best practices based methodologies in an operations environment  - Result oriented with track record of achievements  - Good forecasting and strategic planning capabilities coupled with strong business acumen  Pooja Jadhav 02228395791
