Head - Mall Operations

- Responsible for Overall Operations of Mall management which includes Leasing, Planning, Churning Strategy, P&L, Collection, Marketing & Strategy, Operations, Revenue generation.

- Should have strong experience of Pre Openings of Hotels, Airports and Malls 

- Should have sound expertise in handling a diverse range of Operations and Passion for Pre opening & set up .

- Contribute to Branding strategy for the centre in order to increase foot fall.

- Ensuring work, health and safety regulations are being followed and monitored
