Job Responsibilities - - Responsible for Operations Profit Centre with Cost Control. - Responsible for Mall Business Performance (in terms of retailer sales performance). - Coordination with the execution team &amp; Retailer for Fit-out Execution Process Management. - Coordinating with legal team &amp; other stake holders for all the required retainer related Documentation Execution. - Responsible for Mall FLS System and Related Operations Management. - Responsible for Mall Customer Experience Upgradation, Related Operations Management. - Coordination for Mall Revenue Collections, Cost/Expense Control and Related MIS Reporting. - Responsible for Mall Ops Team Performance. - Coordinating for Mall Marketing activities. - Preparation of Mall Operations and Performance MIS Periodical reports &amp; Reporting. Desired Experience &amp; Qualification required - - Graduate/Post Graduate with at least 12 - 16&nbsp; Years of experience in to Retail Mall Operations. Desired Skills &amp; Competencies - - Excellent Communication &amp; presentation skills. - Fully conversant with day to day mall operations &amp; controls. - Should have strong network in retail segment. - Ability to manage &amp; motivate the team to get the work done. - High Attention to detail. - Strong negotiator.
